On the Origin of Species

I found this as a sketch and remade it into a strip.
I'm pleased with how the fairy turned out - but not very pleased about the hand she's sitting on.

Several species, such as the man-lizards, were created by mages for varying purposes.

Other - such as Centaurs or Mermaids - were created by mages who decided to improve upon themselves, and be the progenitors of species.

Biotransformation has been a controversial topic among the wizard community, to the point of sparking a fairly major war at one point.
