The Diaboliks.
This is a poster/title image mock-up of the Whateley story
"Have Yourself an Evil Little Christmas".
As the year draws toward a close, the Bad Seeds - sons and daughters of supervillains - journey to The Mad Scientist/Evil Dictator Gizmatic's Tropical Island Nation for their vacation (Bad Seed member Jobe being Gizmatic's son).
However, a plane malfunction has them spending a few days in New York City - and there, they are quickly pulled into a thorny plot, as n00b supervillain Mr. Cool develops a crush on Jadis Diabolik, stealing priceless works of art and leaving them on her doorstep...
